Russians shouldn't touch this music. Richter makes it sound like some fucking Soviet factory plunking out agricultural hardware. Once after I played this in a concert, a beautiful 19 year old with big tits came up to me and asked me if I'd like to play in the water with her. She said I played so beautifully she was all wet in her nether regions, and wanted to jump into a hottub with me.

His finest work is called Daphnis et Chloe. This man was a master of orchestral color. The G Major is catchy, and the Left Hand is interesting, but these are mere garbanzo beans compared with his glorious Daphnis. I play the Daphnis and Chloe on the organ. I have two gigantic organs, but only one of them is for music, if you understand what I'm getting at.

This somehow reminds me of Peter Thomas who was forced to play the "Minute Waltz" in just one minute - with a gun held at his head. Well, I guess that this guy right here was just about to miss his train AND the Cosby Show AND his own wedding when this was recorded... Or maybe he simply didn't feel comfortable playing piano in Dracula's castle and wanted to leave as soon as possible - who can tell?
