Extant, one small nitpick. The 6th definition of evolution you provided seems to agree with Hovind's definitions of naturalistic origins.
Blanketing them under evolution in a feeble attempt to disprove evolutionary biology without actually having any scientific training (and really, it's better for them if they don't) is still horribly wrong, but their argument holds a scary amount of credence when one considers the 6th definition.
