Wow, that sounds like a horrible experience. I work at a Quizno's in Tacoma ( I would recommend anyone to go there ), and everyone is really nice there. If a customer at my work doesn't want a sandwich they ordered, we ALWAYS offer to remake it, and if the customer decides to leave, then that's fine, and no one chases them down Dx. If you want a good sandwich, come to tacoma ;]

sorry about your situation i would of beat his ass!!! but as for you saying dont go to quiznos i dont agree the local one in CT has great service all the people are friendly especially the owners they started giving me discounts after my 4th time there. i do agree about what you are trying to say about how bad that quiznos is cause it sounds like they are. but just remember they arent all like that.

Dont judge all quiznos locations based on that one. where I work, if a customer wants extra whatever, I give it to them, no charge.(the exception obviously is extra meat). Those were horrible employees, and no one shouldve been treated like that. Ive dealt with the most rude and impatient customers, and Ive still maintained my cool and made sure they got what they wanted. Again im sorry about your experience, but not all quiznos are like that.

Rough gig! I wouldn't go back if that happened to me either, nor would I have been able to hold my temper if some dude followed me to my car. Did get a kick out of you mentioning being accepting after reiterating about their accents, though. :) The Quiznos here in Seattle isn't bad, but their MO seems more in the line of moving near a Subway and then reducing their toppings once they wipe out enough Subway customers. I quit going to either of them.

Move to California, or something. Never had a problem before. Only thing was once or twice the bread was a little dry, but tolerable. Yeah I agree that the people running businesses that can't speak English properly are frustrating. Most of these Quizno's restaurants are family run and they all do something weird. I've never added any extras to my sub but next time I go I'll check to see if they charge extra.

Yes you do, there is an "extra dressing" button on the register. At least there is one at ours in Paducah, KY. You charge extra for a lot of things actually, guacamole, rosemary bread, garlic bread, extra bacon, extra meat, extra cheese.

At our Quiznos, we do not charge extra for different types of bread, adding dressing or veggies. We will charge more for extra meat, cheese, guacamole, bacon, extra flatbread. But hey, what do we know? We were only recognized by Quiznos Corp. as the top store in the Northeast. And the owner is Nepali, but his English is fine. :)

Had the Prime rib sub from quizno 3x, cost $9.25 for just the sandwhich the way I wanted it and the last time is was bland as wet cardboard without the burgandy mustard
Subway comes out $10.32 for Foot long,chips and drink and usually get the Phiily Chese steak,toasted just onions and peppers.
