The reason is simple: China offers an alternative to the oppressive Western view which uses the banter of freedom and human rights to actually control the minds and behaviors of the whole world.
China on the other hand recognize the differences of the worlds and follow the principle of coorperation (the win-win doctrin). And the effect is immense: the world no longer sees the narrow minded views of one single Western civiliation but recognize the world is wide and diverse.
