Yeah I know. I think he says either "Curly" or "Gorey". Can't really make it out either. The best version is on the Songs of Faith and Devotion tour, when Martin Gore does the best guitar break this song has ever had in a live setting.

I believe Dave is saying, "Cut it!" since it's at that point that Martin cuts into his guitar riff. I've heard many, many live versions of ETS and the "cut it" is more pronounced than it is in this version.
