Ive allways been taught that you shouldn't really train your muscles until you're fully grown e.g. around 16-17... Otherwise if you start too young you can stunt your growth or muscles developing not like they should.
Dont want you to get hurt or anything mate. That's what i was taught in school anyways.

Hey really at 13 you should not be working out. your body will change alot in the next couple of years. but be active go for jogs sit up and push up fine just stay away for the weights for a couple of years

Lower abs are the ONLY abs you really need to work out, if you are training the body generally. Upper abs get a work out by themselves.

your 13 does it really matter if you have a six pack? but really these "best exercises" i feel are just a hassle. all you have to do is lay down, bring your legs up and bent and cross your feet, and then put your hands behind your head. then just touch your elbows to knees, do it like 60 times before bed everynight youll have a six pack before you know it

Be careful. you're too young to do any serious training. just stay active and stay in good shape. Your body is still developing, and you don't want to damage it now. I'm twenty, and I didn't get serious about workingout til I was seventeen. I always took care of myself, but serious workouts are for adults.

Im not a professional, but i dont think this will help you lose your tire. Only cardio and diet can magic that away, this is an exercise to build muscle, not lose weight.

Not necessarily. Muscle gaining is based on anabolic exercise, ie building, while catabolic exercises focuses on breaking down. I think your right up to a point but going for a run would seem more efficient to me.

muscle burns fat, so if u do this you may gain sum muscle which will burn some fat. i suggest you eat 3 bowels of cereal a day and plenty of water and fruit and thats it for the 7 weeks. no alcohol. u will lose weight very quickly, exercise everynight before u go to bed and every morning when u get up for 20mins
